Account Eligibility & Registration

Accuracy of Account Information

- Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
- We may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.

- Any breach of account security must be reported to us immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount on ey999 is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.
Accepted Payment Methods
ey999 supports Bangladesh mobile financial services only. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
Additional Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- For suspicious transactions, ey999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the account closed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be forfeited.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- ey999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
- If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn.
- In the event of a dispute regarding any promotion or offer, ey999's decision will be considered final.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ey999 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using this platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug.
- Playing with the aid of bots, automated software, or any other artificial assistance.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Impersonating ey999 staff or providing a false identity.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Collusion or syndicate betting.

- If a technical issue occurs during a round, the bet for that round will be voided and refunded.

- ey999 reserves the right to void a bet if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

Miscellaneous Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.
Non-Enforcement of Rights
ey999's failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of ey999's rights under that provision. That right may be exercised again at any time in the future.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between ey999 and the user, and replace any prior oral or written understandings. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
